In 2010 we shift our "thinking" and redefine marketing 101 to take account of the interactive, on-line and on-demand world of social marketing. While that's certainly the new wave, it won't be our only focus. With our heads firmly placed in the B2B space, we won't be neglecting the value of DM for breaking through the clutter to make an impact in B2B marketing.
